After being unloaded into storage tank by means of jumbo bags, raw materials are sent into the carbonization furnace via conveyor and then undergo high-temperature carbonization at 300-600°C. Then de-rocks machine is used to pick out alliance impurities; the finished products of carbonation materials are sent to the Quality Control Department for testing verifications. Then according to the test results, the materials are classified and packaged into jumbo bags of 25kg or 500kg.

Then the de-rocks machine is used to pick out alliance impurities, and activated carbon with larger diameter needs to be smashed with the crusher before the sieve machine is used to pick out the specific diameter for each product specification.
